The mark in the footer is a certificate, not a decoration. Nullware Project checked DeckVakt against their Standard and scans this site every week. The picture lives on our server. Clicking it leaves this site and opens the record they keep.
The orbit is the mark. The sentence is the promise. The date is when the certificate runs out. “Check” means the whole thing is a link, and the link is not to us. The words and the date are Nullware’s. We do not redraw them.
The dot in the middle is the person. What they share stays in the ring, with the business they chose. On DeckVakt that is literal: the passage file does not leave the phone. The picture of the mark is a file on deckvakt.com. It does not call nullwareproject.org, so Nullware does not see who looked at this page.
“Customers not for sale” means names, email addresses, phone numbers and browsing do not go to advertising companies or data brokers. Not as a pixel, not as an upload, not scrambled, and not because someone clicked Accept. For a crew, the thing that would be for sale is the list of people on the boat. We never receive that list.
Certified 21 September 2026. Valid to 21 September 2027, against Nullware Standard 2.2.3.1. A certificate lasts twelve months. They review again every year and scan the site every week. Past the date it lapses on its own, and we take the badge down. Last clean scan recorded: 21 September 2026.
The whole badge is one link. It opens nullwareproject.org/register/deckvakt/. That page is theirs. Read the address bar. If a picture like this opens deckvakt.com, or any other site, it is not their badge.
Only the surfaces named on the record. Partner means this record follows the Standard closely. It is the same promise, not a bigger one.
There is no DeckVakt account for the boat. The same list is on the public record and in the privacy policy, both dated 21 September 2026.

Whether the rota is fair, the alarm gets through a locker, or the log is any good. That is a different claim, and this badge does not make it.

It is a voluntary standard. On this one point it asks for more than the law does. It is not a legal opinion.
A report goes to Nullware, not to us. You don’t need proof, and they don’t tell us who wrote it.
